Arcadia Resources to Conduct Third Quarter Conference Call on February 11, 2008

INDIANAPOLIS, February 4, 2008 – Arcadia Resources, Inc. (AMEX: KAD), which provides innovative consumer health care services under the trade name Arcadia HealthCareSM, will issue its financial results for the fiscal third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2007, prior to the opening of the U.S. financial markets on Monday, February 11, 2008. 

Arcadia will conduct a conference call and simultaneous Internet webcast to review these financial results on Monday, February 11, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time).

To access the webcast, visit the Company's website at www.arcadiahealthcare.com, 5-10 minutes prior to the start time and click on the webcast link.  The webcast will be accessible on www.investorcalendar.com. 

The conference call also may be accessed by telephone by dialing 1-877-407-0782 (for US-based callers) or 1-201-689-8567 (for international callers).
