JANA Partners and Comerica Bank

Indianapolis, Indiana – January 31, 2008 - Arcadia Resources, Inc. Arcadia HealthCare Announces Executive Hires

INDIANAPOLIS (October 23, 2007) – Arcadia HealthCare (AMEX:KAD) President and CEO Marvin Richardson has announced the appointments of two Hoosier professionals to the executive team at the Company's national headquarters, recently relocated to Indianapolis, IN from Southfield, MI.  Purdue University graduate Michelle Molin joins as Executive Vice President and General Counsel and Indiana University graduate Steve Zeller joined in September as Executive Vice President of Services. Both will report directly to CEO Marvin Richardson.

Arcadia HealthCare Selects Indianapolis for New Corporate Headquarters
